REMEMBER TO FASTEN YOUR MATERIAL CORRECTLY

Did you know that special screws can be purchased to ensure better mechanical fixing of the sheets?

When installing PUR foam or PE foam (laminated with an adhesive), we always recommend mechanically fixing the material, especially when installing the material from the bottom up. The adhesive can be considered as an option for fixing materials before mechanical fastening, which can be done with metal screws or plastic screws, etc.

Options for attachment
  • Metal screws with lock washers
  • Plastic screws with a lock washer
  • Fixing with mounting adhesive
  • Fixing with spray adhesive

Mounting adhesion.

Remember:

  • Installation temperature approx. 20°C.
  • Remember to clean the surface.
  • When mounting from below, mechanical fastening is always recommended: mount foam with, e.g., a metal screw + a lock washer, in a rail system or similar.
